2024 Public Holidays (AU & NZ)

Chances are your clients will close their offices during public holidays.

This is an opportunity for MSP partners to provide extra value to their clients by setting up phone system diversions that ensure the clients’ customer calls go to the right place when the office is closed.

When Lightwire hosts your clients’ phone system (like our hosted 3CX offering) we can set up the diversions free of charge. All you have to do is open a ticket via illume or flick us an email at support@lightwirebusiness.com with the following detail and we’ll sort out the rest:

  • Account name and number 
  • Date and time you would like calls diverted
  • Date and time you would like calls returned to normal
  • Diversion destination (voicemail, mobile, etc)

Got a recorded message you wish to be played, just include the audio file with your email and we’ll get it uploaded to your clients’ phone system. 

Diversions are handled on a first-come-first-serve basis, so please send through your request as soon as possible to ensure that your clients’ diversions are in place for the public holidays.
