Direct Debit Terms & Conditions
I agree that Lightwire Limited must provide at least 10 days’ prior notice of each direct debit, including the first in any series. For changes to the amount or frequency of a series of direct debits, 30 days’ prior notice must be given.
I also agree with Lightwire to receive same-day notice for any direct debits that are specifically requested by me.
All notices must be provided in writing, but may be delivered electronically if I have agreed to that with Lightwire Limited.
I may request that my bank reverse a direct debit up to 120 days after the payment if:
- Proper notice of the amount and date of the direct debit was not received by me; or
- Notice was received, but the amount or date of the debit differs from the notice.
If my bank dishonours a direct debit, and Lightwire Limited retries the transaction within five business days, I understand that Lightwire does not need to notify me again about that direct debit.
