Until now, the detail presented to you on the dashboard when you have logged into Illume has been fairly limited, but our dev team has been working away trying to ensure that your first view once inside Illume nicely summarises some key service and network health checks.

Now when you log into your account and there are no current or planned events that affect your services, you will see this view:

At the bottom you will note the message regarding 3CX. If a 3CX service has only exceeded its line limit once in the past week, you will see an orange status update. If you don’t have a 3CX service with Lightwire, no detail will be displayed in this section.

If your 3CX license limit has been reached multiple times in the same week, you will see a red alert and altered text.

The above image also represents the view experienced when there is a current or planned outage(s) that are likely to affect one or more of your services.
