We are introducing Pulse, a detailed and highly configurable dashboard that sits within Illume.
Pulse tracks service status, service performance metrics and historical data for each service, and it allows tech contacts to group sites into a number of independent views for easy monitoring of different end user groupings.
So for example, you are a reseller or channel partner , and you have a number of large WANs you look after, you will group each into its own view.
All clients will eventually have access to this view, but in the initial phase it will limited to select managed WAN clients and we will progressively expand access from there.
